I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, am a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and have completed the prestigious Applied Functional Medicine Certification from the School of Applied Functional Medicine.

My Journey

Despite my extensive background in healthcare and adherence to conventional health advice, I experienced various symptoms that developed into chronic conditions due to the inadequacies of mainstream medicine.

This realization opened my eyes to the shortcomings of the medical system and led me to seek out a better way. I discovered root cause medicine, also known as Functional Medicine, allowed me to truly recover. This transformative experience ignited my passion for helping others with chronic conditions find their own path to wellness.

My Approach

I believe that each person's wellness is bio-individual and requires a unique approach. Standard protocols often fail to make you feel better because they don't account for individual differences. Another critical yet often overlooked component is the nervous system.

Proper regulation of the nervous system is vital because when it is chronically dysregulated, every cell in the body struggles to function correctly. This can create chaos within the body's systems, leading to imbalances, symptoms, and eventually diseases.

My 4R’s Framework

My work with clients embodies a holistic 4R’s framework:

1- REMOVE and reduce stressors

2- RECONNECT with nature and flow

3- REWIRE the nervous system for wellness

4- RESTORE cellular function
